Bougatsa is more than just a Greek dessert it’s a tradition passed down through generations. Made with delicate layers of filo pastry and filled with smooth, creamy custard, it’s a sweet symbol of Greek heritage. A big part of this journey was inspired by watching my pappou work passionately with flour and dough, crafting breads, Greek pies, and my personal favourite… pishia. Now, I’m proud to share this timeless pastry with the world, one bite at a time
